Team
The structure of our organization is inspired by the growth of a tree. We believe that biomimicry should permeate our entire company and what better understanding of a growing mechanism is there in the North, than the Tree of Life, Yggdrasil, from northern mythology. It is said to connect all nine realms of reality, and in ancient traditions, the shamans, vølvers, would use the roots as pathways to travel around the underworld.
A tree has three elements: The roots, the stem and the crown. We have built our structure i from those three elements.
The roots of our tree, where all knowledge and nurture is gathered from the beginning consists of our Advisory Board. From them, NREGEN draws experience and advise. The stem itself of the tree carrying the weight and holding all the pieces together is Founders. These consists of the paid staff who have their daily lives at the NREGEN where they administer and run the company. Finally comes the crown of the tree, branching out to the World, allways growing new branches, strethcing in all direction. The crown consists of all regenerative rental properties and investments who come an help carry the fruits of the tree, NREGEN, to the surroundings.
Founders
The duo between the two founders creates a bridge between entrepreneurship and craftmanship. They are both interested in finding solutions to the dilemmas about living in nature, as nature and for nature in a modern context.

Felix Quist Møller
CEO & Co-Founder (he/him)
He is the founding visionary behind NREGEN, beginning this regenerative housing journey in 2021. With an academic background from Roskilde University in social anthropology and psychology, he brings a deep understanding of human behavior and community building. Over 15 years of teaching yoga and 8+ years as a mentor have shaped his holistic approach to leadership. Having founded and managed Yoga Community—with over 25 staff and 50 members—he combines creative and practical skills to guide NREGEn’s mission of creating affordable, nature-integrated living spaces that nurture both people and planet.

Rune Lund Eggen
COO & Co-Founder (he/him)
Rune is a dedicated carpenter and aspiring building designer with a deep passion for crafting spaces that harmonize with nature. Drawing from hands-on experience as an apprentice at Bygma Gruppen A/S and his disciplined background in the Royal Life Guards, Rune brings both precision and resilience to every project.
Currently studying at Københavns Tekniske Skole and Medieskolen Lyngby, Rune combines practical craftsmanship with innovative design skills. His commitment to sustainable and regenerative building practices makes him an invaluable part of NREGEn’s mission to create affordable housing that truly respects and integrates with the Nordic natural environment. Rune’s eye for detail and respect for nature ensure that every home isn’t just built — it’s thoughtfully grown, fostering wellbeing for both people and the planet.
Advisory board
They have experience from philosophy, finances and and facilities as part of the knowledge that NREGEN is founded upon. There is no limit to how far and deep the web of roots can stretch and there are still room to grow.

Kjeld Marcussen
Financial Advisor (he/him)
He helps as our Financial advisor and business developer. Having experience with fundraising and dealing with numbers in the financial banking sector since the 80ies, we love having his skills around when talking budgets and how to navigate in the business world. Although Kjeld might strike you as a numbers’ man, he grew up in the countryside of southern Fyn and is used to nature and getting his hand in the mud. Therefore he enjoys being a part of this regenerative journey, talking about holistic philosophies and spiritual subjects.

Kim Gørtz
Philosopher (he/him)
He is our regenerative philosopher. When he is not helping us learn about regenerative leadership he is centerleader in Center for Regenerative Philosophy and partner in Promentum. He does leadership sparring, coaching, seminars, speaking, workshops and courses, masterclasses and education. In short he is one of the leading figures in Scandinavia on in the regenerative movement and we are blessed to have him on our team on our journey to build Yggdrasil Sanctuary.

Carlos Santana
Digital Marketing Coordinator (he/him)
Carlos is a global trotter who teach at Aalborg University to Master tourism students. He inspires future generations to collaborate with local and global communities to build sustainable and regenerative solutions for a holistic development. His roots come deep far from Mayan ancestors in Mexico but definitely his branches have flourished in Spain and Denmark, where he has been living and working with tourism and education for the past 18 years. Due to his experience working with sustainable global tourism development and innovation in tourism, we have invited him to support Yggdrasil building human capacity by providing his academic and practice experience.
