The Gjorslev Estate 


The Gjorslev Estate is from the 1200 and consists today of 1650 acres whereof 880 is agriculture and 770 is forest. It is on their lands that Yggdrasil Sanctuary is located and we are extremely lucky for them to allow us to use their forest and beaches to host our retreats. Not far from us are the UNESCO heritage Stevns Cliffs and we plan on becoming a part of this initiative to save the  wildlife in these areas. Right now, the lands are not even on the map of the biodiversity reports of 2022, but we plan to change that with our regenerative approach, trying to heal the soil in our area.
